Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer Review

(Lack of updates and photos, due to having lost the camera USB to upload photos, and having started Year10!)

So if you read my last post you would have known that I purchased this whilst on holiday! I thought'd you may like to hear my full opinion and review, so here it is!

I got colour matched to the shade 'Light2 Vanilla' and it is honestly the perfect shade for me. I would defiantly recommend asking one of the workers to help you find your shade no matter where you buy it! Luckily, Sephora does have an exchange policy so you are able to return it if you are local to Sephora.

I have been using this for the last two to three weeks, and I haven't had any trouble with it running out so far.  I apply it with three dots under each eye, down my nose, around my nose. This is defiantly more of a radiant concealer, so I don't apply it on spots as it accentuates them rather than hiding them. This concealer is best for dark circles, and highlighting down the nose. It is defiantly a high end concealer, but one of the best concealers I have tried. I prefer it to the MAC Pro-longwear Concealer, as its far more build-able and has that extra bit of coverage and gives a really nice natural finish.

I would recommend this if your looking for a medium coverage concealer for dark circles that is brightening whilst still gives coverage. It gives a dewy natural finish. Although, I haven't found MY perfect concealer just yet.

Have you tried this concealer? What are your concealer recommendations, anything I'm missing out on?

Sephora Haul 2014

(Top to Bottom/ Left to Right: Estee Lauder Eyeshadow Duo in Raisins, Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette, Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, Clinique Chubby Stick in Curviest Caramel 01, Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush in Captivating, Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder Pressed)

WARNING: THIS POST DOES NOT HAVE A IMAGE (OBVIOUSLY) BUT I AM AIMING TO POST ONE FOR SATURDAY AT THE LATEST DUE TO LIGHTING, ETC!

DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT TRYING TO BRAG OR SHOW OFF I BOUGHT ALL OF THIS WITH MY OWN MONEY THAT I HAVE EARNED AND WORKED FOR!

So if you read my most recent posts you will know that I have been in America for almost a month, hence the lack in posts and the lovely guest posts written by my best friend Imogen. (Hopefully, their should be some more of them seeing as you all liked her!) So of course I had a lovely trip, and of course being a beauty blogger visiting the infamous Sephora was one of the highlights of my trips! So this is a (not so) little haul that has been collected over two trips!

'Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette'
I went back and forth, back and forth, back and forth between the Smashbox Full Exposure palette, and the Too Faced Natural Eye Collection Palette and I originally dismissed this until I saw a beautiful eyeshadow look created with this palette and then basically decided this was what I wanted. When you open it,  you are hit with a really soft chocolate scent and it's not a smell that fades either. The pigmentation is fantastic, and the shades are very soft and creamy. The looks you can create are endless and it was worth every penny in my eyes. Shockingly I prefer this to the Naked palettes as their are no fallouts and the colour pay off is far better!

'NARS Light Reflecting Setting Powder - Pressed'
This was bought on the second trip after I saw it online, and when I swatched it in the shop I was actually put off! I knew I wanted a Setting Powder so I looked at other options and then spoke to the Makeup Artist about which he preferred and he said he preferred this so I ended up going along with his recommendation. Packaging is amazing. It comes in a handy travel bag, and a full sized mirror for close ups. What originally put me off is the big specks of glitter, and I can't say that I have a changed opinion, as too me it looks like glitter has been poured all over me but I am defiantly going to continue to try it out and see if I can make it work and hopefully love this seeing as so many people swear by this product!

'Tarte Amazonian Clay 12- Hour Blush - Exposed'
Of course I had to get some Tarte Products so I picked up their 12 Hour Blushes; originally bought the shade 'Captivating' which is a new shade after watching Ingrid Nilsen rave about it. I am not a big blusher girl, and I realise that I wouldn't wear the shade, so after doing a bit more research I saw that Essie Button (one of my favourite you tubers') recommended this shade a nude pink blush I realised that this was the shade for me (Although it has got some glitter undertones.) and exchanged them. I can't say anything on the wear of this product as I haven't used it yet but it is very soft and wearable, and the packaging is neat and compact.

'Tarte Clean Slate Timeless Smoothing Primer'
This was also purchased on the second trip, I knew I wanted a pore minimising primer and I had already tried the poressional by Benefit and wanted to try something knew. Originally I was going to buy the Cleanslate primer, but after swatching this I FELL IN LOVE. Where I had applied it onto my hands their was a blurred line where my fine lines, and pores had DISAPEARED! I think this is going to be my staple holy grail product that you will hear about all the time and I think I'll find it hard to go back to anything else.

'Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer - Light2 Vanilla'
I am a concealer junkie their's no denying, and sephora's concealer selection is extensive. I wondered around but I was always drawn back to this one after seeing and hearing it be raved about all the time! I got matched to the shade 'Vanilla' and I think it's a perfect match. I have not used it yet, but will let you know how I am enjoying that! Again, the packaging is gorgeous, neat and compact like all NARS products!

'Estee Lauder Duo - Raisins'
I'm sure you've all heard of this, bloggers and youtubers rave about it and after everyone found out that it would be discontinued their was a mad scramble for the last of them and I didn't manage to get my hands of it! When I saw it in the CCO (yes I know I didn't purchase this in Sephora...) I ran to it, swatched it, fell in love, and purchased. The pigmentation is brilliant, and once again we should all be thanking god because their isn't any fall out and blends immactuletly.

'Clinique Chubby Stick - Curviest Caramel 01'
This was also purchased in the CCO as they had a huge range of chubby sticks, and I'm not a lipstick fan but I love the chubby sticks as it gives subtle colour whilst being incredibly moisturising. In the packaging it looks like a brown nude bit it's more of a pink nude with glitter undertones and this is my new staple 'your lips but better colour' and I have been wearing it almost every day. It's a perfect colour for school and I love the packaging it's neat and compact and easy to carry round.

So that is my Sephora Haul! My mum would not stop complaining about how much I bought, but I couldn't be happier with it! I am hoping to do an update video in a months time to tell you how I am liking these products, and my overall opinion and recommendations! I am also planning on doing a sephora order in January in the sales as they now do UK SHIPPING! So you can look forward to that if you enjoyed this!

I am also excited to tell you that I have a special monthly round of blog posts this month, they are called 'Spend or Save September' and their will be a hair, makeup and skincare post! They will be explained in the next post!

What is your favourite product(s) from sephora? Let me know below, I may even purchase them!
